Events
Our event promotion service involves presenting entertainment in various venues, bringing patrons the best quality of entertainment possible, for every event, club night or Carnival Band Section. Funds necessary for financing events are raised and we take an event from the beginning stages of planning and organizing to the final entertainment production.
Contracts are negotiated with artists and providers of concessions, performances are scheduled, media efforts coordinated and the event is advertised and publicized in order to sell tickets or costumes. Where necessary, support personnel such as security, stage management, and technicians are hired. All of this must be done while staying within the established budget.
Theme Parties
In the past four years, certain BoomTribe events have stood out in the minds of our customers and in terms of financial success. These include Carni Gras, AWOL, Dominion, Thongaline and Fundamentals. These events will be re-established as the pre-eminent "sessions" on the local entertainment calendar and, in the next phase of our development, will be exported across the region and the world.
Club Nights
We will host weekly events during peak party periods featuring a range of creative activities as well as guest performances by various popular artistes through the Caribbean. We provide all marketing creative, actively promote the event, facilitate the sponsorship process and market the event to the BoomTribe membership base.
Special Sections
Almost every country in the Caribbean region now hosts a Trinidad and Tobago-style Carnival. Street festivals in the major metropolitan cities, including Labour Day in Brooklyn, Caribana, and the Nottinghill Carnival have become the biggest single outdoor celebration in the respective countries. Carnival Bands are now serious business, providing year-round employment for thousands of people.
Our Sections are all-inclusive, where you pay one price and get your Carnival costume, food and premium drinks. Packages may vary with free giveaways, the type of food and alcoholic beverages offered. When we promote a Section, our aim is to make sure that the experience we provide, from signup to the road, is an unforgettable one - a cut above the rest. We want patrons to feel like if their money was well spent.
